Founded in 2007, Cigar Store Alliance of Wisconsin is dedicated to promoting cigar
   stores and protecting retailers and consumer rights.

   Mission Statement   
   The Cigar Store Alliance of Wisconsin was formed to defend the rights of 
   indivduals to enjoy their passion for cigars and other tobacco products in the
   Wisconsin tobacco shop of their choice. In addition,  the group will defend
   business owner’s rights to operate their establishments without oppressive
   government interference.
